An Ode to the Riches...

Very cool artist Mark Dean Veca, creates an art environment at his gallery showings. His work isn’t just paintings on a wall. Check them out!

Artist Marilyn Minter has created some very interesting billboard size photos depicting high fashion glamour shots with mud. She has three billboards in the West Side NY.

Miyazaki's Ocean Dome is the world’s premiere man made ocean. This Japanese creation exists less than a mile from the beach, but with retractable dome top and perfect 6-foot barrels who wants to deal with saltwater?

Company Miles Kimball has made a smart little invention to make pill taking easier for those that just can’t handle it otherwise.

Playing the Market is a musical experiment by Emerald Suspension in which he inserts Stock Market data into his computer and with that data assigns music notes to compose a minimalist orchestra. Very cool sounding.

So the remaining links I dedicate them to the highest echelon of gluttony and frivolity.

The world’s most expensive vodka, Diaka, supposedly filters vodka through diamonds. You have to be a real idiot to actually buy this crap though, because diamonds have no distilling properties that make this vodka so “smooth”.

Here are some of the most interesting Forbes annual lists:
  1. World’ richest people.

  2. Highest paid athletes

  3. Most expensive watches

  4. Most expensive hotels

  5. The sexiest islands. I would like to know how the hell they rank these. It seems like the biggest marketing ploy I’ve ever seen. “Ya ya we’re a sexy island!”

  6. World’s fastest cars.

  7. The best places to die. Strange how your priorities change isn’t it? I still think this is one of the most ironic and backward titles I’ve ever seen.

  8. Most overprice cities in the US. This goes to show how hyped some areas are, and how they really aren’t worth it. It would be interesting to see what would show up if they did counties instead of cities.
